Some of this information may be confidential or commercially sensitive.

We may receive information from organizations you represent, professional service providers, verification providers, analytics providers, referral sources, public records, business-information sources, regulated financial firms or other parties involved in a permitted workflow.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide, operate, secure and improve the Services; respond to inquiries; schedule demonstrations; create and administer accounts; evaluate platform eligibility; support enterprise-readiness workflows; organize and display permitted business information; facilitate permissioned introductions or access requests; support verification and diligence; provide platform intelligence and analytics; maintain records; prevent fraud, misuse or security incidents; comply with law and contractual obligations; and communicate administrative or service information.
Where permitted, we may use information to understand engagement with the Services, improve user experience, develop product functionality, conduct internal analytics, and communicate about Levrae products or services. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism in the communication or by contacting us.
3. AI and Automated Processing
Levrae may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, rules-based systems or other automated tools to organize information, summarize documents, identify patterns, assist with readiness analysis, support matching criteria, surface risks or generate workflow recommendations. Automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified humans before being relied upon for legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, insurance or other professional decisions.
Levrae does not intend to use confidential customer documents to train public, general-purpose AI models unless we provide clear notice and obtain any consent required by contract or law. Our actual technical configuration and provider terms control; if those practices change, this Notice will be updated.
For questions about AI processing or the handling of your information, contact legal@levrae.com.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage or similar technologies for essential site operation, security, preferences, performance measurement and analytics. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential technologies. Browser settings and available site controls may allow you to limit certain technologies.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, identity or credential verification, document management and other business operations; to professional or regulated parties when you request or authorize a workflow; to affiliated entities supporting the Services; in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization or similar corporate event; and when required or permitted by law, regulation, court order, legal process or to protect rights, safety and security.
Levrae does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly. If Levrae engages in activity that is legally treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising, we will provide the rights and controls required by applicable law.
6. Securities, Capital and Professional Information
Information submitted in connection with a capital, diligence or professional workflow may be disclosed only as permitted by the applicable user instructions, platform permissions, contractual arrangements and legal requirements. Submission of information does not guarantee acceptance, verification, funding, investment, engagement by a professional, or access to any opportunity.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No security system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for using appropriate care when uploading confidential information.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal or regulatory obligations, and protecting security and integrity. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information, user relationship and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify or securely archive it as permitted by law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy/portability of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; or to appeal a privacy-rights decision. We may need to verify your identity and authority before processing a request.
To submit a privacy request, email legal@levrae.com with Privacy Request in the subject line and a description of your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
For residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, the categories described in this Notice also describe the categories of personal information we may collect and disclose for business purposes. Depending on applicable law, additional rights may apply. Levrae will honor legally valid requests and opt-outs to the extent required by the law applicable to the individual and the processing activity.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we will use appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
